Our direct trade partnerships are the heartbeat of the business. A direct trade model fosters community with each farm we partner with, provides an up-close assurance of quality, and ensures that each farmer is compensated correctly, even above fair trade standards. Our coffee beans are roasted in-house in small batches to ensure the freshest flavor profile possible. In addition, we use only organic, hand-crafted syrups, organic spices, locally sourced milk, and local honey in our coffee recipes. Whether you prefer straight espresso, varietal specialties, flavorful nitro, a refreshing cold brew, or just a great cup of drip coffee, there is certainly a new favorite for you.
Our tea partner, Storehouse Tea, has devoted tremendous care in sourcing their tea, developing partnerships with growers, and then crafting incredible tea blends once the tea arrives to them. Clean, organic and fresh, their commitment to quality shows. Locally, they continue this commitment to purposeful partnerships by employing recent immigrants and refugees who small batch blend and package their teas. Iced or hot, our selections are as varied as our coffee options. Along with delicious traditional tea selections, come try a house-made Smokey Mountain fog or chai tea latte. If you’re an avid tea drinker, or trying it for the first time, we know you’ll find something you love!
We offer a du jour style menu that is built using seasonal, local farm offerings. We’ve taken great care to partner with local and regional growers and producers to source the best ingredients we can find in order to bring you quality food that is also delicious and nourishing! Our baked goods are all hand-made using that same ethic by some amazing baker partners. We also offer gluten-friendly baked goods and in-house gluten-friendly options. House-made grab and go options are also available in our cooler for your off-house needs. Paninis, soups, fresh baked bread, waffles, quiches, sandwiches – whatever your mood, you’re certain to find something delicious.
A good cup of coffee starts at the seed with the farmer who works diligently to bring these crops to market. We work to honor their craft, hard work, and communities by using only a direct trade model of partnership. In this way, they are able to grow their ministries, communities and thrive within the place they’ve chosen to call home. We hope you will be blessed as you read highlights of each story as we continue to build partnerships with growers around the world!
