Description
The Mountain Water Decaffeination process is an organic, natural, and chemical-free method that preserves the flavor and aroma of green coffee while removing caffeine. Water from high mountain streams is used to soak the newly processed beans followed by a filtering method removing caffeine while leaving a clean tasting coffee from nose to finish.
Roasted to a city roast, this decaf assumes a similar mouthfeel and flavor profile as our Mexican medium roast. One can sense caramel and panela on the nose with a chocolate and almond finish.
